W nocy z 11 na 12 sierpnia 2017 roku nad terenem Pojezierza Kaszubskiego przeszła potężna burza. Połączona z huraganowym wiatrem osiągającym w porywach do 150 km/h, spowodowała śmierć 2 harcerek, zraniła wiele osób, oraz poczyniła wielkie straty w budynkach i drzewostanie.
Poniższe zdjęcia zostały wykonane 2 lata po kataklizmie. Obrazują zniszczenia dokonane przez huraganowy wiatr w przepięknym niegdyś miejscu zwanym Kamiennymi Kręgami w okolicy miejscowości Leśno.
In the night of August 11-12, 2017, a massive storm went through the Kashubian Lake District. The storm combined with the hurricane wind reaching gusts up to 95mph caused the death of 2 scouts and wounded many people, as well as huge losses in buildings and stands.
The following photos were taken 2 years after the disaster. Pictures illustrate the destruction caused by the hurricane wind in a once beautiful place called the Stone Circles near the village of Lesno.
